Edgar Allen Poe Cognac Man Observed, Asked to Reveal Identity: The AP, via the W.Times reports that the mysterious cloaked man who leaves three roses and a half bottle of cognac on Edgar Allen Poe's grave in Baltimore each year was greeted by a number of visitors this year who later demanded from the cemetery caretaker to know the man's identity. Normally, the mysterious man is observed and left alone as a sign of respect
